Booking Appointments

To secure your preferred appointment time it is recommended that you make an advanced booking on (02) 9419 5022.Our dedicated team of specialist therapists will be happy to assist you to select treatments, individual packages and gift vouchers.

All treatments are conducted in a private room.

When Should I Arrive?

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you to unwind enjoy a calming herbal fruit tea before your treatment

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable clothing. Total Woman will provide you with a gown, fresh towels and a locker for your personal belongings. We will provide disposable briefs for certain treatments, our therapists use draping techniques to protect your privacy at all times.

Spa Etiquette

We would like to think of Total Woman as your own private sanctuary. To ensure your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed we request your mobile phone is switched off during your spa visit.

What if I'm late?

Arriving on time for your appointment means you will experience the full pleasure of your treatment. We do ensure other guests are not inconvenienced by late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes you need to change an appointment. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice, or a 50% cancellation fee may be incurred.
